Duties Greet customers warmly and engage with enthusiasm to understand their jewelry needs and preferences Conduct product demos to highlight features, craftsmanship, and styling options of jewelry pieces Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and receipt processing Maintain organized stock displays, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is well-presented to attract shoppers Handle cash register operations efficiently, including cash drawer management and balancing daily sales reports Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Educate customers on jewelry care, store policies, and ongoing promotions to foster trust and loyalty Experience Prior retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury accessories, or high-end retail environments Supervising experience or leadership roles in retail settings are highly valued Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual abilities) are a plus Excellent phone etiquette skills for professional customer interactions over the phone We strive for a friendly and kind environment to work in, teamwork and mutual respect are foundational
