About the Role We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable Entry-Level Budtender to join our dispensary team. Whether you're an industry pro or a cannabis enthusiast looking to break into the field, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction and helping people find the right product for their needs.

Note:

You do not need prior cannabis industry experience but product knowledge is required. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Provide detailed product recommendations based on customer needs and product knowledge Educate customers on cannabis strains, terpenes, consumption methods, and effects Maintain a clean and organized retail environment Ensure compliance with all store policies and state cannabis regulations Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Requirements Must be 21+ years old Must have strong cannabis product and brand knowledge (personal experience is okay!) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Must be able to pass all applicable background checks as required by state law Availability on weekends and evenings is required Comfortable working a schedule that is set one month in advance Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service or retail experience Knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulations Passion for cannabis and desire to learn more about the industry How to Apply Please submit the following: Your resume A cover letter explaining why you're a great fit for this role •
