Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude Help customers find products and introduce new items Inform customers about sales, discounts, and promotions Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience Keep the selling floor stocked, organized, and visually appealing Handle returns and resolve customer concerns professionally Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding service Required Skills and Qualifications Knowledge or willingness to learn about hardware products Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude Good organizational skills and ability to restock shelves Team player who enjoys working in a community-focused environment Experience in retail sales or marketing is a plus but not required The minimum physical requirements for this position include: Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders. Ability to stand for an extended period of time Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth.
