Full Job Description Position Summary:

The schedule is from 12:00pm - 7:30pm or so, please keep in mind that the hours can always change! In order to communicate better with the range of customers that we receive, you must be able to speak both English & Spanish! Our primary focus is to create an uplifting customer experience through exceptional service. We are looking for friendly and engaged people who have a passion to serve and feed the Human Spirit. Our associates work in different roles in our retail store but share a common goal of being friendly and caring to each other and our customers. From making it right to making connections, we show each other how much we truly care.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the bakery retail store, making them feel welcome. Demonstrate and explain the properly way to use our products and any accessories that come with them, answering any questions, and addressing any concerns the customer might have. Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need and make tailored recommendations. Examine the sales floor when the opportunity presents itself to ensure merchandise is well-stocked, well-maintained, and properly rotated. Provide exemplary customer service throughout the shift, helping customers as needed and demonstrating our company culture. Process business transactions, handle cash, process debit/credit cards and perform returns or exchanges when permitted (note that we allow customers to make purchases using their smartphones). Perform general duties during and after shift, which consists of sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, scrubbing, and organizing various work areas as needed. Help with making coffees as well as taking customer order's. ____________________________________________________________________________

Pay:

$17.10 per hour
