Responsibilities Processing customer orders, quotes and other requests promptly and providing follow-up within the time frame requested by the customer. Listening and asking probing questions to properly assess customer needs Providing the best product and/or service solution to solve customer problems. Increasing sales at the Urbana Branch whenever possible Participating in all store activities necessary to ensure the store is clean, organized and operating at optimum efficiency Accurately fills customer orders, prepares them for customer pick up or delivery, and notifies the customers when the orders are ready Accurately labels, stocks, and locates product within the companies operating system Operating hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts Utilizing all training resources to learn and maintain proficiency on company products, services, operating procedures and specific computer application Works with speed, accuracy and a positive attitude in a fast paced environment.
