Our studios are built on energy, intention, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience to every person who walks through our doors. Our team is at the core of everything we do, and we take pride in fostering a fun, supportive, and motivated work environment. We are looking for passionate, people-driven individuals to join our front desk and sales teams. Whether you are looking to break into the boutique fitness industry or bring existing sales and hospitality experience to a brand you believe in, we want to hear from you. This is a client-facing role where personality, dependability, and a love for fitness go a long way. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times Manage front desk duties, including answering phones with proper etiquette and directing inquiries efficiently Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions and cash handling Understand and be able to explain memberships, pricing, equipment and the method Ensure the lobby, studio and restrooms are clean, stocked and organized at all times Support instructors as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Requirements Previous retail or boutique fitness experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport with diverse clientele Enthusiasm for fitness, upselling, and creating an inviting atmosphere Join the Team Hiring for Warrenville, Naperville, Downtown Wheaton, Downers Grove locations.
