The ideal candidate takes pride in helping customers, solving problems, and providing professional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in sales and customer service . Experience with printing, copying, scanning, and document services . Experience with shipping, packaging, and preparing packages for shipment . Current Notary Public commission/license is strongly preferred. Candidates who are not currently commissioned as a Notary but are willing and able to obtain a commission may also be considered. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A friendly, professional, and positive attitude when working with customers. Strong sales skills and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. The ability to clearly and professionally explain products, services, pricing, and available options. Strong attention to detail when handling customer orders, shipments, printing projects, notary services, and transactions. Experience using POS systems, cash registers, computers, Microsoft Office, and related software . Ability to learn new technology, equipment, software, and store systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a busy retail environment. Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills. Ability to work independently while also being a reliable and supportive team member. Strong work ethic, good judgment, dependability, honesty, and professionalism. Ability to handle confidential customer information appropriately. Bilingual skills are a plus but are not required. Experience Preferred Previous experience in sales, printing, shipping, packaging, document services, notary services, or customer service is highly preferred. Experience assisting customers with printing projects, shipping needs, packaging, document services, notary services, mailbox services, and other business services is a strong advantage. We are especially interested in candidates who can provide exceptional customer service, generate sales, identify customer needs, and confidently assist customers with their printing, shipping, packaging, notary, and business-service needs . Compensation $14.00 - $17.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, skills, availability, and overall fit for the position. Candidates with relevant experience in sales, shipping, printing, customer service, and/or an active Notary Public commission may be considered for a higher starting rate within the posted range.
