Part Time - Sales (Approx. 20 Hours /week, not seasonal)

Our Team Members guide our Guests through a Fit Process, utilizing 3D scanning technology and dynamic gait analysis to find the perfect fit for each unique foot type. JOB MISSION

Sale Associates ensure our retail stores operate smoothly and provide exemplary customer service. Educated with expert product knowledge, they utilize proper selling techniques to assist customers throughout every step of the Fit Process, always positively representing the New Balance brand.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Must complete our Certified Fit Specialist training program and be able to effectively employ our shoe fitting process. Demonstrate the ability to use our store's technology to assess and analyze a Guest's gait, foot/arch type and select the appropriate products to fulfill those needs. Understanding and supporting store and company operations, policies and procedures Acting as a world-class customer service model and the experience of the brand Understands customer expectations and to always reach or exceed their expectations Utilize various sales techniques to boost sales Assist in store merchandising and implementation of monthly visual point of purchase. Helping organize store promotions. Active member of the retail store duties - sales, customer service, inventory control, maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

Sales experience from a retail environment is great to have, but not required! We will train you to succeed! Love working with the public and interacting one on one with a Guest to find exactly what they need. Desire candidates with knowledge of running, health/wellness, and exercise science. Enjoy working in a team environment. You should be reliable, timely, and flexible. Comfortable using technology Ability to perform basic PC functions, point of sale register skills, handle cash and credit card transactions without error Have strong customer service and verbal communication skills Ability to lift and carry 5 to 10 pounds often, and 20 to 30 pounds occasionally. Flexible scheduling. Contributing 20-25 hours weekly including at least one weekend shift, some closing shifts (See hours below) and some holidays (excluding Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day) At Least 18 Years of Age. NOT a Seasonal Position.

Estimated between $15.00-$16.00 which includes base hourly and weekly bonus and incentive programs.
