Retail Sales Associate Task and What You'll Do:

Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with Frontier products and services. Learn about each customer's needs and recommend personalized solutions that best fit their lifestyle and connectivity goals. Clearly explain product features, pricing, service options, and current promotions to help customers make informed decisions. Assist customers with account enrollments, service activations, upgrades, and other account-related transactions. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation while following company policies and quality standards. Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive, solution-focused experiences during every interaction. Retail Sales Associate Candidate:

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Willingness to learn and accept coaching. Retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
