Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment and prep area, making smoothies, protein shakes, cold-pressed juices and acai bowls, handling cash and card transactions, and supporting the overall sales efforts of the store. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, food preparation skills, and supplement knowledge . Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Follow recipes to make our signature smoothies, protein shakes, and acai bowls. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments through the POS system. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Stock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively and organized. Perform daily cleaning tasks. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or food service environments is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales, food prep, and customer service.
