Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for the following:
Inventory Management:
Receiving, storing, and organizing parts and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and conducting regular cycle counts.
Invoicing Customers Order Fulfillment:
Locating and retrieving parts to fulfill customer orders, whether for technicians or retail customers.
Customer Service:
Assisting customers (technicians, retail customers) in finding the correct parts, providing information, and offering recommendations.
Sales Support:
May involve upselling or suggesting related parts and accessories to customers.
Pricing and Documentation:
Accurately pricing parts, updating inventory systems, and maintaining proper documentation. Maintaining a
Clean and Organized Workspace:
Ensuring the parts department is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Communication:
Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with parts, their applications, and pricing.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage inventory, keep records, and maintain a clean workspace.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer skills for inventory management and record-keeping.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift and move parts, stand for extended periods, and potentially work in various environments. Experience with lawn and garden parts preferred. A pleasant personality is a must as we make our customers top priority.
Work Remotely No Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
