What You'll Do Welcome customers and create a positive in-store experience Help customers discover products and fragrances they'll love Guide customers through interactive experiences like: Custom fragrance blending Bath salt creation Product testing Educate customers on waterless skincare and ingredient benefits Restock and organize products beautifully throughout the store Maintain cleanliness and visual presentation Support checkout and customer purchases Assist with social media content creation when needed Help create a fun, energetic, and inviting atmosphere You'd Be a Great Fit If You… Love talking to people and making others feel comfortable Enjoy skincare, beauty, wellness, fragrance, or creative experiences Have a naturally positive and welcoming personality Are dependable and self-motivated Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment Are comfortable learning about products and ingredients Have strong communication skills Pay attention to details and cleanliness Enjoy creating experiences — not just sales
