Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Food Associate for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service establishment. Duties:

Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food service establishment Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Knowledge of food service operations, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting Familiarity with sanitation regulations and best practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively Proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation and cash handling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of retail math for pricing calculations is a plus
