• Friday Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Located in Plainfield, IN Duties and Responsibilities Lead and support daily warehouse operations Supervise, coach, and motivate team members Monitor productivity, attendance, and quality standards Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance Communicate effectively with management and warehouse staff in both English and Spanish Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed Requirements and Qualifications Previous leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and good attendance •(Salary range based on experience) •
