The Shipshewana Craft Barn is a boutique offering fun and fashionable clothing, accessories, gifts, and collectibles. As a retail sales associate, your primary goal is to support each customer through the sales process.

Welcoming customers to our store. Operating a cash register. Bagging purchased items. Contributing to the overall operations of the store. Restocking merchandise in your area Other projects and duties as assigned. We offer quality products in a friendly setting, with a no-pressure sales approach. As a retail sales associate, you will work four to five days per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and some evenings. The current store hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Wages are $15.00 per hour. Retail Sales Associate Requirements:

Knowledge of the complete line of products (90-day goal) Excellent customer service skills Professional demeanor with a welcoming personality Competence with computer systems and software Good verbal communication skills Available to work when the store is open, including evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays Must be at least 18 years old.
