Job Description
Summary In the role of Counter Sales, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating retail sales transactions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will utilize your core skills in inventory management, cash handling, and communication to assist customers effectively. While relevant skills in stocking and order fulfillment will ensure a well-organized sales environment. Join our team to contribute to a thriving retail atmosphere and help customers find the right products for their needs. We are a Employee Owned Company , with a work week of Monday - Friday with weekends off. Company also provides health insurance with the employer paying 100% of premium for the employee. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales and customer service. Strong skills in inventory management and control, including cash handling and POS systems. Familiarity with stocking and order fulfillment processes. Ability to operate a forklift and maintain a safe working environment. Willing to train the right person, who is willing to learn and has a positive attitude.
