Responsibilities Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them with their experience Provide detailed product information and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs Maintain accurate data entry of sales, customer information, and transaction records using financial software and retail systems Manage cash handling procedures efficiently, ensuring proper cash management and adherence to security protocols Call customers who have their vehicle in the shop with us and explain new options, pricing, and protection advice.
