Sales Associate Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales and returns
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Skills:

• Experience with cash register operations and handling financial transactions
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Knowledge of jewelry, wireless, or technology sales is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Proficient in phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are an asset We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team.
