Job Description
Agricultural Retail Sales Associate Beachner Grain, Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Agricultural Retail Sales Associate at our Independence, KS facility Responsibilities of the job include:
- Maintain accurate and complete accounting records for all grain elevator and retail operations
- Facilitate counter sales for walk-in customers
- Assist with inventory management
- Generate sales invoices and complete daily cash tie-out and deposit
- Organize accounts payable and submit for payment
- Provide excellent customer service support to both internal and external customers.
- Serve as administrative assistant to facility manager Qualified applicants will possess the following:
- Familiarity with agricultural retail sales
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office products
- Experience with general system accounting software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to seasonal workload
