What You'll Do as an Client Sales Associate Meet with prospective customers to introduce AT&T internet and communication solutions. Learn about each customer's telecom needs and recommend products and service plans that align with their preferences. Walk customers through enrollment, account setup, and activation while ensuring a smooth and accurate experience. Answer questions regarding products, promotions, pricing, and available services with confidence and professionalism. Maintain accurate customer records and complete enrollment documentation with attention to detail. Follow up as needed to provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in daily Client Sales Associate training sessions to expand product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques. Contribute to a positive, goal-oriented team environment while working toward individual and company performance objectives.
