35097 Part-Time Administrative Support Associate Topeka organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Associate to assist with membership administration, billing support, and general program coordination. This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) working Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with some scheduling flexibility. Temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Maintain and update membership records, including contact and billing information Process membership renewals, applications, and related documentation Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and account follow-up Monitor accounts receivable and support basic reconciliation tasks Support program administration including deadlines, renewals, and compliance tracking Maintain organized digital filing systems and databases Draft routine email communications related to billing and membership updates Provide general administrative support to staff and members
Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
Experience with accounting or billing systems such as QuickBooks or similar platforms preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a part-time role Experience with membership or database systems preferred Prior administrative, nonprofit, or association experience is a plus IND 2
