Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, providing knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Operate inventory control systems, including RF scanners, to accurately track stock levels and facilitate efficient restocking Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are presented neatly and attractively in line with merchandising standards Handle shipping and receiving tasks by loading, unloading, and organizing merchandise using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when certified Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning duties and ensuring aisles are clear for safety Support inventory management through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies promptly Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions at the cashier station, and supporting sales initiatives Qualifications Previous retail store experience or warehouse operations experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory control Excellent communication skills Physical ability to perform meduim lifting safely and manually handle products throughout the shift Basic math skills for retail transactions, inventory counts, and sales calculations Knowledge of retail product categories such as product items is advantageous Demonstrated customer service orientation with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail expertise in a fast-paced environment.
