Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stock replenishment Stock shelves and organize inventory to ensure product availability Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, retail math, and balancing registers Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Assist with phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries Support supervising staff in managing daily store operations when needed Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or specialty stores Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is a plus Ability to handle cash handling accurately and perform basic math calculations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Supervising experience is desirable but not required; leadership qualities are a plus Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial but not mandatory Professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills are essential Join our team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences while growing your retail career in a dynamic environment!
