Key Responsibilities Warm Hospitality:
Greet clients like friends, listen closely to what they are celebrating, and help them find the perfect piece for any occasion.
Relationship Building:
Connect with shoppers, track client preferences, and follow up to ensure every guest feels valued long after they leave.
Consultative Guidance:
Share knowledge on our diamond, gemstone, and fine jewelry collections to help clients make confident choices.
Hands-On Watch & Minor Care:
Perform quick on-the-spot services, such as replacing watch batteries, sizing watch bands, and making simple repairs. (Must be comfortable working with small hand tools and delicate pieces).
Store Operations:
Help maintain gorgeous display cases, assist with daily setup or breakdown routines, and process transactions smoothly on our POS system.

Basic computer literacy. Comfort working with basic, precise hand tools (tweezers, screwdrivers, watch openers).
