What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending products that fit their lifestyle and preferences Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals Build strong customer relationships and maintain a loyal client base Create and update customer profiles and purchase records Process transactions accurately, including cash, checks, and credit card payments Inform customers about promotions, preferred customer programs, and upcoming merchandise Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Handle jewelry movement to and from safes and display areas securely Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment Assist with merchandising, displays, and other store maintenance tasks Resolve customer concerns professionally while following company policies and procedures Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store success What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a high level of energy and professionalism Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Passion for customer service and sales Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math and computer skills Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required Why Join Us?
