8:00 AM through completion of daily responsibilities and end-of-day wrap-up.
Pay:
$20.50 (Please note, this pay rate may be less than your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying) Position Summary Performs advanced document imaging and transaction processing activities, including document preparation, high-volume scanning, image quality review, indexing, validation, and exception resolution. Serves as a subject matter resource, supports training and respective team while meeting client accuracy, security, and turnaround requirements. Key Responsibilities Performs document preparation, image capture, indexing, validation, and quality review of scanned documents. Operates high-volume scanning equipment and imaging software in accordance with established procedures. Maintains production standards for image quality, throughput, accuracy, batch integrity, and turnaround time. Resolves routine scanning, indexing, and image-quality exceptions and performs rescanning when required. Viewed as a subject matter expert in one or more areas and may train other associates. Manage respective team. Required Skills Proficiency operating high-speed document scanners and imaging software. Knowledge of document preparation, indexing, image validation, and batch reconciliation. Ability to identify image-quality issues and take corrective action. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines. Basic troubleshooting skills for scanning equipment and imaging applications. Understanding of document confidentiality and information-security requirements. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Two or more years of experience in document imaging, transaction processing, records management, or a related production environment preferred. Experience using high-volume scanning equipment and imaging software preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. Ability to pass a criminal background check and/or drug test. Why Join Us? For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $20.50 hourly.
