Job Description

The Lodge at Mammoth Cave (MCNP
ONP, LLC
) operates a variety of Food Services, Retail, Lodging and Bus Transportation within the beautiful National Park! If you are looking for a unique place to work and have a passion for providing customer service, this is the spot for you!
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly customer service Process and collect payments Restock and maintain displays Participate in closing, opening procedures Participate in daily cleaning/maintenance duties P ositio n
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact positively with others Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure Able to lift frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Position also involves frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting and up to 8 hours per day on feet in a fast paced environment.
Education and Experience:
Experience:
