Be Successful:

Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment Maintain lines and crowd control Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios and restrooms Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred Must be at least 21 years of age Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff Work well under pressure Ability to stand for long periods of time Be a good teammate Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays at www.beelineonthelevee.com/workwithus (https://www.beelineonthelevee.com/careers)!
