We are a locally operated, veteran-owned wellness store focused on helping customers find products that fit their individual needs. We carry a variety of wellness products for areas such as pain and inflammation, sleep, stress and anxiety, energy and focus, weight management, and more. You do not need to be a wellness expert—we will train the right person. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but personality, reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to genuinely connect with customers are more important to us. Schedule This is a consistent approximately 28-hour-per-week position:

Monday:

11:00 AM-6:00

PM Wednesday:

11:00 AM-6:00

PM Friday:

11:00 AM-6:00

PM Saturday:

10:00 AM-5:00 PM Starting pay: $14.00 per hour Responsibilities Greet customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience Talk with customers about what they're looking for and help guide them toward appropriate products Learn our product lines and confidently explain product features and general usage Provide excellent customer service without using high-pressure sales tactics Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions Stock and organize merchandise Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting Help with opening and/or closing responsibilities as needed Become a knowledgeable and trusted resource for our customers What We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or older Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations with customers Dependable and punctual Strong customer-service skills Willing and eager to learn about our products Comfortable working independently Able to follow procedures and handle responsibility Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are happy to train someone with the right personality and attitude Must be reliably available for the posted Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday schedule About Us Your CBD Store is a Veteran Owned & Operated neighborhood wellness store located at 1805 Monmouth Street in Newport, Kentucky .
