Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
The storeroom team member is responsible for the safe organization of inventory stores and for supporting the facility's purchasing needs. Strong, safety-first leadership Receive, verify and unload material deliveries Notify and/or deliver materials to the customer Scan/file receiving paperwork Maintain a current forklift and extend-a-boom certification along with a safe operating record Maintain organization and proper labeling of spare part shelves in storerooms Coordinate orders and deliveries for site operational supplies, VMI, PPE, fuels, lubes, gases and consumables Coordinate outbound shipment, repair, and return of assets for the facility Ensure vendors are compliant with PPE requirements when on site Resolve blocked invoices for storeroom purchases Quarterly cycle counts of spare parts and monthly cycle counts of critical spares Investigate and resolve inventory shrinkage and growth Perform work order shelf audits on a weekly basis in targeted areas Complete inventory/warehouse improvement projects as needed Travel to other company facilities, company trainings and/or meetings may be required
Job Experience:
