  • FT/PT Position At PayMore Electronics, we buy, sell, and trade gently-used electronics — from iPhones and gaming consoles and games, to laptops, cameras, smartwatches, and more.
We are looking for an efficient, detail-oriented individual to join our eCommerce department. If you are tech-savvy, organized, enjoy hands-on work with electronics, and can stay focused in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning, testing, and accurately listing a wide range of electronics for our online platforms. Job Description This is a production-based, back-of-house position focused on accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. You will handle a wide range of consumer electronics—from smartphones and tablets to gaming systems and accessories—ensuring each item is properly cleaned, fully tested, documented, and listed online. You will work closely with the management team to maintain organized workflows and meet daily listing goals. Testing & Product Prep You will evaluate and test a wide variety of electronics using our established procedures and tools. This includes verifying functionality, wiping data when needed, identifying defects, completing checklists, and preparing items for photography and listing. Strong attention to detail is essential—small mistakes can lead to returns or listing errors. Cleaning & Refurb Prep You will thoroughly clean and prepare devices to meet our listing standards. This includes cosmetic cleaning, removing stickers, organizing accessories, and ensuring products are photo-ready and presentable. eCommerce Listings You will accurately enter product information into our POS and eCommerce systems, including condition notes, specs, serial numbers, and pricing. This requires strict focus, accuracy, and the ability to remain productive in a fast-paced environment. Daily responsibilities include Receiving, organizing, and preparing incoming electronics for testing. Cleaning devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems, and more. Bench testing devices using company checklists and procedures. Data wiping and verifying settings when needed. Accurately entering product information into our POS and eCommerce systems. Creating clean, accurate records with serial numbers and item details. Preparing products for photography and packaging after listing. Maintaining a clean, organized back-of-house workspace. Staying focused and productive throughout the day with minimal distraction. Candidate must Have strong attention to detail with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Be tech-savvy with basic understanding of consumer electronics (smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, etc.). Have 2+ years of experience with data entry, inventory processing, eCommerce listing, or related back-of-house work. Type quickly and accurately—data accuracy is critical. Be comfortable cleaning and handling electronics safely. Follow procedures, checklists, and protocols consistently. Stay on task and avoid distractions while meeting productivity goals. Work efficiently on their feet for extended periods; able to lift up to 25 lbs. Maintain a professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
