Our Retail Parts clerk assists walk-in customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct RV parts and accessories. This includes answering inquiries, providing price quotes, and offering product recommendations. This person must also be familiar with monitoring, organizing, and restocking the parts inventory. This often involves pulling parts for both retail sales and service repair orders, and reporting low stock.Qualifications and Requirements:
Accurately processing sales transactions using the dealership's inventory management system and handling cash, credit, or internal charges.Positive attitude and genuinely care about customer service.
