Job Description

Join the Amego Team! Amego Inc. is seeking a full-time fingerprint technician to join to the team. This position will be shared between two primary locations and mileage will be reimbursed! The Fingerprint Technician is responsible for performing secure and accurate fingerprinting, identity verification, and related enrollment services in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position is customer-facing, requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner throughout the fingerprinting process.
Fingerprinting & Enrollment:
Capture high-quality fingerprints using electronic Live Scan equipment, verify customer identification, and ensure all data is accurately recorded.
Compliance:
Follow strict protocols to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as Amego and IdentoGO's security and privacy policies.
Documentation:
Complete and review all required paperwork, submit electronic records securely, and maintain proper logs and reports.
Equipment & Site Maintenance:
Monitor equipment functionality, perform basic troubleshooting, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Confidentiality:
Protect sensitive personal information and adhere to strict data privacy standards at all times. #eg1 High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Basic computer literacy (data entry, email, scanning). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to pass a background check and maintain a clear criminal record. Valid and active Driver's License
