Our Shelter Support Staff will be joining our amazing Shelter Support team led by our experienced Shelter Manager. Our Shelter Support Staff are vital to the operation of our homeless shelters, by:

• Monitoring shelter safety and well-being of the guests while on shift
• Performing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting guests and visitors, and responding to emergency situations quickly and appropriately
• Always maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Ensuring the rules of the facility are being followed
• Complete guest intakes on any new guests entering the shelter during shift coverage
• Offering guests appropriate information and respond to their questions
• Provide guests with personal hygiene products, emergency clothing as requested
• Record shift activities and guest information in the shelter log
