• Margaret O'Leary, Beacon Hill Located in the heart of beautiful Beacon Hill , Margaret O'Leary is seeking a Sales Associate / Key Holder to join our boutique team.

Known for our elevated essentials and luxurious knitwear, we're a contemporary women's clothing brand with a loyal following and a welcoming retail environment. We're looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and styling , thrives in a client-focused setting , and is excited about the opportunity to grow into a leadership role .

Schedule:

Part-time to full-time opportunities available Minimum of 2-3 days per week. Must be available to work on Friday and Saturday.

Compensation & Perks:

What You'll Do:

Deliver a personalized, high-touch client experience through one-on-one styling Open and close the store as a trusted key holder Build and maintain client relationships, including managing a client book Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising Support daily store operations and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in fashion retail , ideally in a boutique or luxury setting A self-motivated , enthusiastic, and approachable attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and collaborative Flexible availability, including weekends If you love fashion, client relationships , and envision yourself growing into store leadership, we'd love to meet you.
