Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Stocker to join our retail team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while managing transactions and ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find what they need. Must be 21 years of age or older Duties Operate the cash register efficiently, processing customer transactions accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.. Upsell products when appropriate to enhance the shopping experience. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging merchandise. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure product availability and assist in restocking as needed. Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions. Collaborate with team members to supervise daily operations and maintain a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience in liquor retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus. Basic math skills are essential for handling cash register operations. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
