Sales Associate

Job Summary As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a retail setting. This position requires keen attention to detail, ability to work in a busy environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Operate a Square system cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Help to maintain a clean and organized store environment by vacuuming, dusting, etc.
• Fold T-shirts and sweatshirts neatly using a folding board
• Re-Stock merchandise during the work day and after closing
• Provide product knowledge to customers and answer inquiries
• Promote special sales and promotions to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets Qualifications
• Experience in retail sales
• Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
• Ability to operate a MAC based system efficiently
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
