Looking for 1-2 associates one with full flexibility and one to work Thursday -Sunday at varying hours. Candidates must be at least 18 years old since there may be times where you are alone in the shop or museum, and they must have a reliable form of transportation. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance not only their shopping experience, but there visit here at Battleship Cove. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges and admission to exhibits. Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting stock checks Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service delivery Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred for serving diverse customers Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions and inventory counts Skilled in merchandising, stocking, and product demos to boost sales opportunities Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive shopping environment Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory counts effectively Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
