This role is ideal for someone who is personable, confident, and comfortable upsellign products while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage customers and assist them with purchases Recommend appropriate products, supplies and add-ons to meet customers needs Educate customers on basic care requirements to support informed purchases Maintain clean, well stocked and visually appealing sales area Maintain clean animal habitats Operate the register and handle transactions accurately Work independently and as part of a small team

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Sales or retail experience preferred Comfortable initiating conversations and closing sales Reliable, punctual and self-motivated Willingness to learn about product knowledge and pet care Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting Must be 18 years or older Comfortable handling all animals including rats, mice & insects This position includes nights and weekends We support learning through our online training Please email us your resume!
