Overview 30-40 hours per week seasonal March-December, must be available for weekends, early mornings and evenings. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face of the golf shop, providing exceptional guest services, managing retail operations, and ensuring smooth daily activities. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages guests to enjoy their time on the course and in the shop. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop a diverse skill set while contributing to a lively, hospitality-driven atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance with tee times, equipment rentals, and merchandise purchases Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers at shift end Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and displays are appealing Provide expert advice on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to enhance guest experience Assist with event management activities such as tournaments or group outings, coordinating logistics and guest needs Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolving conflicts or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Experience Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or food service environments is highly desirable Experience in events management or coordinating group activities adds value to your role Conflict management skills are essential for handling guest concerns with professionalism and tact Familiarity with resort or hospitality environments helps you understand the expectations of our guests Additional skills such as cash handling, guest services, or food service experience will support your success in this energetic role Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels valued!
