Full Time Full Job Description Fruit Center Marketplace is a family-owned specialty food store known for high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic customer-focused associate to join our team. As part of our Gourmet team you will be working together to create a positive experience for both our customers and one another. Responsibilities Provide superior customer service in all areas of the store, ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion Engaging with and waiting on customers in a fast paced, fun environment. Maintain product quality, freshness, and ensure proper rotation of product Assist in preparation of food product while following department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product Follow and comply with established health department and company sanitation procedures. Assist in receiving, unloading, storing, and displaying of orders, and products Assist in stocking and maintaining displays ensuring they are attractive and filled Learn our catering system Answer phone calls and assist customers over the phone Inventory and orders

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Interest in management and leadership development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented Ability to take direction and respond well to coaching

Schedule:

Weekend availability Some evening shifts required (store closes at 7 PM) Available till 8PM Holiday availability required
