Budtenders to join our team. An ideal candidate has extensive cannabis product knowledge and customer service experience. Budtenders at Mass Green Retail provide friendly and helpful customer service, guiding customers to the best cannabis products to fit their unique needs. While doing so, a budtender must maintain compliance with all cannabis retail regulations and keep the sales floor and display cases clean and orderly. Qualified applicants have retail sales and customer service experience. Cannabis industry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service that encourages customer loyalty Educate customers and politely handle their questions, concerns, and complaints Operate point of sale software to complete sales Handle cash & debit card payments Assist with opening and closing standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain sales floor, including restocking merchandise and cleaning/organizing displays Also any other required responsibilities assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements:

Knowledgeable of cannabis basics including products, strains, and consumption methods 1-3 years retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in cannabis industry Friendly, personable, and service-oriented Passionate about learning and staying current on cannabis products and trends Minimum 21 years of age Must possess valid driver's license or state ID Must pass any and all required background checks Budtender must pass current state cannabis Agent Registration & responsible vendor training

Compensation:

$17.00 a hour (full-time)
