Our goal is to make every customer, beginner to expert, feel comfortable shopping in our store while having a great experience with the products they purchase. Our guides are an integral part of that experience. Guides will use their knowledge, resources, and exceptional customer service skills to help guide our guests in the correct direction for all their Cannabis needs. Responsibilities Have fun Provide knowledge of our product menu, and guidance on consumption methods while following state regulations. Provide education on product effects and beneficial uses. Continuously self-educate on cannabis products and upcoming industry trends. Proper use of the POS system. Checking IDs. Proper cash handling during transactions, ensuring correct payment amounts and correct change. Act as a brand ambassador while consistently maintaining productivity. Fulfill and process online and in-store orders. Ensure that all standard operational procedures are followed. Perform all opening and closing duties as required/assigned by management. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace. Assist with inventory control as-needed. Contribute to a positive team morale Have fun and smile. Qualifications Some cannabis knowledge preferred. Eager to learn. Outgoing personality. Positive attitude. Must be 21 years of age or older. Retail Experience preferred. Excellent Communication and Guest Service Skills. Proficient Math, Cash Handling Skills and Organizational Skills. Knowledge of Standard POS Systems and Interfaces preferred.
