Entry Level Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Connect with customers and be genuinely interested in providing tailored service to support their requests and inquiries on services Increase sales by applying effective communication strategies and customer service techniques to find a solution for them Stay informed about the latest wireless offerings, including products, plans, and services, while consistently educating yourself to deliver accurate advice and solutions that match customer needs Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty Manage customer accounts with detail and care Work closely with your teammates and management to share insights and strategies, contributing to a collaborative and high-energy work environment

Entry Level Customer Sales Associate Skills:
