Job Description

Are you the person in the room who can turn a good conversation into a signed client? Martino Law Group is looking for a driven, personable Sales Closer to own our consultations from handoff from your setter, first hello to signed engagement. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role for a natural closer who loves the chase, follows a proven process, and takes real pride in helping people say yes to the legal help they need. You'll run consultations, manage your own pipeline, and hit a personal revenue target — and because you set the standard, you'll also mentor our intake and sales team by sharing
Location:
Massachusetts — In-Office. What makes a great closing conversation. If you're competitive, consultative, and energized by results, we want to meet you.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $65,000 plus bonus OTE is $80,000-$120,00
Responsibilities:
Sales Closer responsibilities Own client consultations from initial conversation through signed engagement, carrying a personal revenue target Manage and advance your pipeline daily — follow up promptly, nurture prospects, and move them toward a decision Follow and refine the firm's sales process, scripts, and playbooks to consistently improve your conversion rate Track your pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue accurately in the firm's CRM Mentor intake and sales team members informally by sharing closing techniques and best practices (no formal management responsibility) Partner with marketing and operations to improve lead quality, messaging, offers, and the overall client experience Help build a consistent, scalable sales function that supports the firm's growth
Qualifications:
Sales Closer qualifications 3-7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal targets Strong closing and consultative selling skills, with disciplined follow-through on your pipeline Experience in professional services, legal, or other consultative sales preferred Proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar Confident communicator who can model best practices and informally coach peers Organized, accountable, and results-driven, with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, in-office environment About Company Martino Law Group, LLC is a respected, growing multi-practice firm representing clients throughout Massachusetts in Real Estate, Family Law & Divorce, Personal Injury, Probate, and Estate Planning.
