Our company sells, services and installs safes of all sizes. It is a unique business and there will be much to learn about the different types and grades of safes. We are looking for someone willing to learn about this product in order to educate our customers on the best option for their needs.

Responsibilities:

Greet retail/walk-in customers in a positive manner and work with them in a selection of a safe that fits their needs. Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer support by answering their questions and assisting the customer in their request. Oversee the customer's purchase from the education of the product, to the final selection, writing the sales order and scheduling the delivery. Keep the showroom product and displays in presentable condition. Address customer issues quickly and in a professional manner. Coordinate product receiving with the manager. Maintain an updated inventory to have accurate availability of product. Occasionally assist the installation crew on deliveries. Qualifications Strong customer service skills. Capable to multi-task with customers in the store and on the phone. Able to handle physical demands of climbing a ladder and lifting up to 80 pounds. Have professionalism when handling customer complaints and concerns. Ability to work Saturdays and to work occasional vendor shows. Have a clean driving record.
