Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering knowledgeable advice on features and benefits Process sales transactions efficiently using cash handling, cash management, and cashiering procedures Maintain accurate cash register operations, including balancing cash drawers at shift end Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing displays. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential Basic math skills including retail math and cash handling. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to perform cash management duties accurately and efficiently A proactive attitude with the motivation to achieve sales goals and support team success.
