NORTHAMPTON
Retail Salesperson The Retail Salesperon will help shoppers choose beer, wine, and spirits by asking about their preferences and explaining suitable products, supported by Copilot glasses. We are interested in people with retail, hospitality, tasting, demonstration, or brand ambassador experience, and other applicants with strong customer skills. Coverage is needed Thursday evenings, Friday noon to 8 p.m., Saturday noon to 8 p.m., and Sundays with hours still to be set. Individual schedules and the start date remain to be agreed. Pay is item-based commission with a guaranteed minimum equivalent to \$20 per hour. For each Thursday-through-Sunday workweek, total pay is the greater of total commissions or \$20 multiplied by hours worked that week.
