You'll work directly with customers, learn about their needs, explain available options, and help create a professional and informative experience. What You'll Do As an Entry Level Business Associate, represent Verizon professionally while engaging customers about FiOS services. Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences. Explain Verizon FiOS products, features, and available service options. Provide clear answers and helpful information throughout the customer interaction. Assist customers with the enrollment process when appropriate. Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records. Work with the team to support customer satisfaction and campaign objectives.
