In this position, your job is to meticulously evaluate and catalog camera related devices, ensuring each item aligns with Minty Gadgets LLC's commitment to delivering pristine, eco-friendly electronics, and fostering a seamless, transparent shopping experience for our online customers.Job Responsibilities:
1.Product Assessment & Cataloging:
Efficiently process incoming items (mainly camera lenses and bodies) and customer returns daily. Process and issue refunds for customer returns within 2 days of receipt. Thoroughly assess the functionality, performance, and condition of each item to ensure alignment with our standards. Perform appropriate minor repair and maintenance work, such as replacing simple external components, cleaning accessible contacts or surfaces, addressing minor operational issues, and installing or replacing basic accessories. Record product details and specifications in the database with precision. Identify and document any product issues. Place items in designated storage areas and update the location information in the database. 2.Accessory Management:
Actively monitor accessory stock levels and provide timely reports if stocks are depleting. Ensure accessories are always available and prevent stock-outs. 3.Ad Hoc Duties:
Successfully complete any additional tasks or assignments as delegated.Applicant Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in photography. Strong familiarity with camera bodies, lenses, and related photography equipment. Familiarity with other electronic devices, including laptops, tablets and etc. Experience in warehouse management, e-commerce, or customer service is advantageous. Skilled in data management with strong proficiency in data entry. Effective communication and coordination abilities across multiple departments. Strong dedication to maintaining Minty Gadgets LLC's pristine product standards.Benefits:
Competitive salary in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 annually. Bonus up to 24% based on individual performance and performance of the company.
